That’s where we come in. We’re a company specializing in tours and charters to help you explore this wonderful arctic landscape up close. Photography tours, boat charters, overnight camping, and even the chance to join us in exploring someplace new.

Who we are

We’re a small adventure tourism company based in Ilulissat, Greenland, specializing in tours of this beautiful outdoor landscape.

What we lack in size, we more than make up for with our dynamic nature. In addition to offering a standard repertoire of tours, we can often accommodate custom requests. Anything from photography tours of the bay, to being dropped off to camp on an island and even exploring a previously unexplored locations, we got you covered.

Absolutely perfect day trip to eqi glacier with Ivan. We spend a lit longer at the stunning glacier than planned, and because we had time for it and would love to see more of the coastline, we did a lot of detours to explore the coastline on the way back. Ivan is a great guide and super friendly, the trip in the boat really lets you experience the impressing scale og nature.Safety was a top priority, the boat modern and had all possile saftey features and Ivan clearly new how to navigate safely that made it so easy to relax and enjoy. Would definitely choose greenland backcountry again!

I went for a whale sightseeing trip and it was fantastic! The guide told us many interesting facts about Greenland, the boat had excellent safety equipment and we spent amazing time searching for whales. And we did find some! The guide was very friendly and helpful arranging what I needed. Outstanding service.

					  Great kajaking experience in the Icefjord. Explanations for first-timer are really good and understandable by Tourleader Mario.

All the equipment is in a really good shape.

					  This is by far the best tour operator in Ilulissat- we have seen the other boats just surpassing the fjord whereas Ivan took us far in the heart of the... read more fjord between all the ice mountains. Before we booked Ivan gave us great advice and when is the best time to go. Great and brand new speed boat with a roof (which can be removed quickly) which was grat. as it can be quite chilly in the fjord! Habla again for he unforgettable experience, dear Ivan! We will come back sometime in winter and then we will book for sure again with you!
