A boat tour that starts in Ilulissat and heads to the north and past the small settlement of Oqatsut which we will stop at on the way back. After this, will head past the impressive Pakitsoq fjord. This is the last fjord before we head between the island of Agdlugtoq and the mainland. This large mountainous island and others are explored during our three day camping expedition but on this boat tour we will continue to Eqi Glacier. You’ll get up close to this jagged wall of ice and watch the endless icebergs float by the boat.
If you want to hike up one of the neigbouring mountains to view the glacier from above please enquire about the availabilty of this unique added extra.
On the way back, we offer possibility to stop in Oqatsut as an extra, and you can have the opportunity to explore the tiny village and see what life is like in remote settlements in Greenland.
